They don't usually become crusty due to aging. Have you caught it without realising? Has it been itchy? If you haven't caught it or it's been itchy I would recommend seeing your GP so they can either put your mind at rest or refer you to a dermatologist for it checking out. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Not sure if my mole is cancerous as if you've had bcc any other cancer can come
