So it started with a diagnosis 4 days before Christmas last year with Thyroid and neck cancer. The cancer spread to my right shoulder and become incurable. Now have just been advised I have it also on one of my ribs/base of skull and small bit at base of back. 

Just to cap it off , arthritis in both wrists /both knees and the right ankle.

I think i have hit rock bottom now. Have been told although incurable it is treatable and should have a few more years.

Dear God,how are you supposed to get through the day with this hanging over your head?
