I am so sorry to hear that your first dose of Enhertu has made you feel so poorly. Feeling or being sick is listed as a common side effect of this drug unfortunately - there is information on our website on sickness and cancer drugs with helpful tips to help you reduce sickness. I am sure you have tried many of those and if you feel really unwell do contact your medical team for advice and tips to help minimise these unpleasant side effects. Fatigue is another frequent side effect of cancer drugs and I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have felt the same way while undergoing Enhertu treatment. I found another member who posted a few months ago, Hopesprings who mentioned on their Enhertu thread finding it, to use their own words, "tough going".
