I have had four rounds of chemotherapy and 34 rounds of Radiotherapy all finished just before Christmas . But there is no improvement in my breathlessness in fact I think it is a little worse. Is this usual ?????
I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with some breathlessness. Whilst the side effects of radiotherapy can continue for some time after treatment has finished, it's clear from your post that you're worried about this and that you think in fact things are worse.
Do speak to your GP or your clinical nurse specialist if you have one as they will be best placed to arrange an appointment to assess your breathing and see if any further investigations or support are needed.
