Hello Ollydog
I'm sorry to hear that you're currently undergoing some treatment related to your JAK2 result. It's understandable that you want to learn more about your condition and the treatment in order to maximise your quality of life.
I know that we've lots of members who have mentioned in their posts about having a JAK2 positive result connected to their diagnosis. As JAK2 mutations are linked to a number of conditions, are you able to tell us a little more about your diagnosis? It may be that we can then link up with others who are going through similar experiences and links to appropriate information about your condition. Alternatively, you might want to use the forum search function at the top of the page to look for posts where either "JAK2" or "interferon" is mentioned.
If it would help to talk things through with one of our nurses you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they would be happy to offer any advice and information they can.
Best wishes,

I have a JAK2 profile initially diagnosed as sticky blood, my questions are more related to what have people done to help them selfs. I have worked on my diet and fitness and now for the most only struggle with fatigue. Just looking for some more help if it is out there?
Hello again Nick
I can see that you've posted in one of the other threads on the forum and hopefully, you will be able to connect with others who understand some of what you're living with.
I've spoken with our nurse team and they suggested that it may be useful to give you the links to two organisations called MPN Voice and Blood Cancer UK. As these are both more specialised cancer support organisations you may be able to connect with others who have the same diagnosis through those organisations as well.
If you'd like to talk things through with one of our nurses you're most welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Jenn
