I'm sorry to hear that you're currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and that you're now waiting on the results of an urgent CT scan. It's understandable that you're feeling worried about things. 

Have the breast care team given you an indication about when you may hear the results of the scan? Hopefully, it won't be too long before they are able to give you some answers and hopefully offer you some reassurance about the next steps. 

We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be very difficult. Sometimes it can help to talk through your fears and concerns with someone and I wonder if you might find it helpful to talk with one of our nurses. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice and support they can. If you'd like to speak with them they're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040 (excluding bank holidays).
