Bowel stage 3 Reaccurance in pelvis of bowel cancer and stomach cancer

Hi there I was diagnosed 3 years ago stage3 bowel cancer had a resection 3 months of chemotherapy then last July the 31st diagnosed with recurrent bowel cancer in pelvis went down for surgery yesterday morning 12/3/24 opened me up closed me I now have stomach cancer I have to stay in few days home then attend another hospital my surgeon said it never showed up on last scan so he says I will probably get chemo I can’t believe this doesn’t feel real has anyone got any advice I am positive always have been xx

    I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, dealing with cancer and its recurrence can be incredibly tough, and it's understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed. It's commendable that you're maintaining a positive attitude despite the difficulties you're experiencing.
