simply put the worse option is being negative and its takes a lot more effort to keep up. Accepting where you are and moving forward in any area you can in your life worked for me as l went through stage 4 bowel and liver cancer. l could not change the destination but l could decide how l was going to travel there. l also decided that l do not live with a misfiring bowel, the bowel has to live with me. Its taken it quite a while to come to terms with that, but grudgingly it has had to accept that.
No easy answers for a belligerent bowel, only those you chose to follow for yourself, hopefully you manage to find some for yourself to make your life a little easier,
