Hi to everyone,any suggestions for helping me Sleep at night...So damn annoying..
I have had insomnia on and off for years. The one thing that's works for me is to plan to sleep 4 hours then build it up over a couple of weeks. I read or watch tv to fill the time. Only go to bed when you are tired and put your alarm clock somewhere you cant see the time. You have some real things to make you anxious and keep you awake. I hope you get some sleep soon and think about trying counselling as you might find talking it all out might help you
