Hi PaulaE, sorry to hear you are having such a hard time with nausea. I had chemo for breast cancer 3 years ago, my friend bought me these little bands that sit on your acupressure spots on your wrists- to be honest not sure if it helped. I was also nibbling on ginger and eating snacks which may have helped. Acupressure is an alternative to acupuncture if you don’t fancy the needles. I would say what have you got to lose- assuming you can afford it. Good luck with your treatment

Wendy220, thank you for your reply, I did think about the bands you spoke about, might give it ago. I also nibbled on ginger biscuits and arrowroot biscuits, sucked on sweets tried various things but the nausea seems far more aggressive this time, hopefully things may settle down. But once again thank you for your time.
