I'm new to the group & if I'm honest I don't know why or what I'm even doing here.
I found out in April last year that I had a bowel obstruction, I,ve had all the symptoms of colon/bowel cancer, my nans in both sides of my family died from it, 2 uncles have plus one uncle has it right now.
I was admitted to hospital in April because I hadn't been to the toilet in 3 weeks, couldn't hold anything down & had excruciating tummy cramps. I had numerous tests & they found an obstruction. I was discharged from hospital with a 2ww app for a colonoscopy I went but it failed, apparently the liquid they give you to drink didn't clear me completely, I was given another date but have been terrified & since then have ignored all letters, app, fone calls etc, now as more months have passed my symptoms have gotten worse but have ignored it stupidly hoping it will go away.
I'm terrified & don't don't know what to do...
