I'm sorry to hear that you're still struggling with some pain nearly a year after your surgery. It's understandable that this may be causing you some worry. 

It's worth discussing this at your next check-up. It could be that this is related perhaps to nerves that were damaged during the surgery but hopefully the team will be able to give you some reassurance. If your next appointment isn't for a while then don't be afraid to contact your GP to discuss your concerns.
