Need help to deal with pain in ankle and knee

New to everything had 30-40% of my brain tumor removed on the 22ed of December found I had anxiety on the 24th of November 2021 but obviously was probably brain tumor found out I had it on 24th November 2023 crazy now my anxiety has kicked in again abit and just abit *** I’m try my hardest got chemo talk on the 2ed of January can’t wait wouldn’t mind someone to talk to if you lot could Now everything went well been told loads of good things just struggling with sleep because get knee and ankle pain and don’t know what to do

    A very warm welcome to our forum, although I'm sorry to hear why you're here.

    Have you mentioned your anxiety and your pain to your GP? Medication is available for both and this might help your sleep problems. I hope that you are making a good recovery from your operation and that you can get these other problems solved soon.

    Yes went to see my anxiety person yesterday and went very good and with sleep and and knee and ankle that’s gone good today no pain and had 7.5 hours sleep so good positive so far thank you x
