I think it's only natural to feel isolated when contending with a cancer diagnosis, even more so when it's rare, but I hope being a part of our community will help you feel more connected.
I'm not sure if you've come across Sarcoma UK, but they are a bone and soft tissue cancer charity that provides information and advice for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer. They may also be able to put you in touch with others who have the same type of sarcoma as you, so it may be worth reaching out to them to find out more.
