Radiotherapy for Hodgkin Lymphoma

Has anyone had or know anyone who has had radiotherapy for Hodgkin Lymphoma? I'm wondering what experiences people have had and if it's worked for you.

My boyfriend is 29 and has had cancer for 2 years, unfortunately chemotherapy and immunotherapy have both not worked.

We've been told radiotherapy really is the last resort, other than clinical trials but there aren't any he is eligible for at the moment. Unfortunately the cancer is around his heart area and radiotherapy can cause heart problems further down the line but we don't really have another choice.

Would love to hear experiences of others who have had this and can give any advice, thanks x
