I was diagnosed in january. Had immunotherapy which did not control the spread and now had 2 lots of chemo but it makes me feel so bad for the first week not sure if i want anymore. Does it get easier? Is it worth the pain?

Hi lmm,
Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear you have been struggling with the treatment recently.
We have some information about treatment for mesothelioma on our website. However as this is fairly general, it would always be best to discuss this with your specialist when you can. They will be best placed to advise on how you're feeling and what to potentially expect.
Apart from that, hopefully you'll get some more replies from others on the forum soon.
Wishing you all the best,
Ben

Hi Imm, it seems it’s different for everyone. Personally, I have just stopped having chemotherapy after two sessions, but I speak to people who are fine with it. I don’t have any advice, I am just saying what I know. I wish you all the best. I have stage four Sarcomatoid mesothelioma.
