Bad day today,had a bit of a meltdown at hospital. Its hard when everyone is with someone and I'm on my own. Just made me feel a but lonely xx

No Tuesday,my nupple is so swollen and rash under my breast. Just washed out today and someone rang the bell which set me off cause I was 9n my own xx

Take some pain relief if you can to make sure you get sleep , put loads of cream on absolutely plaster it on thick to try and calm it down .

Yes the bell , I didn’t ring the bell when I finished I was to emotional I would have ended up crying lol xx

Don't let how you feel today get you down. We all have our bad days and our meltdowns. This will all soon be over and will just be a distant memory.
