I had5 sessions in total it went really well for me however I was so tired for some time afterwards so be sassy on yourself plenty of rest and relaxation , you having a work break ?
Not too bad it was last night so I woke a lot and it felt like I’d been punched in the boob. I had another session at 8:40 this morning. I’m really tired. I might have a nap before the school run as my boys are still only young.

Yeah you need to rest. Luckily I’m a stay home mum so don’t have a job just yet although I was going to start looking it’s gone to the back of the list now.
I'm so sorry to hear about the sickness. Have you mentioned this to your care team? There are a selection of anti-nausea tablets that they can prescribe to help you. If one doesn't work for you, don't be afraid to say so and try another.
