Put it on before and after.i jad a rad bag dropped off with some alie Vera jelly that I put on at night x

Doctor gave me some tablets clonodine seem to have slightly worked still having horrrendous flushes through the night I had assumed I was over the side affects but they have started now 9 months later these flushes are unreal wake me up feel absolutely exhausted, need to take a few weeks off work as I’m not sleeping at all with the flushes xx 

Aaaaah that sounds horrible.make sure you try and get some rest and sleep.my period has started 3 wks after the last one after having none for2 mths  Ths body is a funny thing xx

What’s a rad bag? I don’t have aloe Vera jelly. I will buy some. How’s the sickness now? Are you feeling any better x

I had my bloods done in nov to check menapause status I was peri now 9 months of tamox feel fully in it x 

I contacted a charity in my area called breast friends. A volunteer dropped it off. Check support groups in your local area.  Yeah but jad aweekend off,got a whole week fr9m tomorrow but once it's done it's done x

when you get to your appointment they give you cream to start off with the one I had was the horrid smell however it did work it was absolutely amazing it is prescribed if you ask gp , I had no redness no sunburn looking smin but I smelt horrid total opposite of what I’m used to I used to put it in that thick it looked like o was breastfeeding lol but it worked a great I put it on every 2 hours day and night it was called epaderm you can buy it on Amazon too x 

But I’ve been so happy for the past 9 months best I have ever felt in years so positive enjoying every minute, but this has come on me no warning just like a flu can’t explain it like over night a month ago I was great x
