I'm anxious about coping when it's hot out. Lately there's been 21-23 degrees here which I've already struggled with but by the end of the week and possibly next week it could get up to 25 degrees and I remember how unwell I got last year. I'm told to drink, have ice lollies but I feel sick a lot and this makes it even harder. I don't know what to do to make it more bearable. I also suffer from anxiety disorder and already I'm feeling very anxious about the weather and how it's going to affect me.
