is it the planning scan ? If so this is very easy the staff are absolutely amazing remember they are not looking for anything in this scan only position of where to target the radiotherapy they measure and position in prep you will feel relaxed whikst there , can I ask if yours was left or right ? If left it’s a bit more tricky as you have to learn breathing but it’s fine all the same lovely I promise you you will be ok it will be a breeze x
So much easier on right side mine was left the breathing was hard , deffo don’t pressure yourself go back when you are ready everyone is different I worked right through from home obviously only took day after operation off but it was my way of coping to be honest Lookikg back don’t no how I done it probably nervous energy as I never accepted I was going through it at the time but it worked for me that’s not for everyone mind x
