Struggling with overwhelming fatigue. Any advice?

IDC Breast cancer stage 1 grade 2  ER PR positive  lumpectomy Dec 2022 with lymph node removal , clear margins. 10 days Radiotherapy in March and Tamoxifen Milpharm since Feb.

I am still struggling with overwhelming fatigue , to the point where I am breathless when I go on walks . I'm so tired and emotional. My vision is blurred most days and I have a shooting pain in my leg that comes and goes .  My breast / underarm is still sore/ swollen from radiotherapy , I applied cream everyday . I know this journey is a rollercoaster .
I'm still not back to work , signed off until June and I feel so guilty ! 
Does anyone else feel like this or any advice on fatigue. Supplements etc..

    sorry you are feeling this way the wonderful world of tamoxifen 

    I found that brands tanoxifen  make you so tired I have found one that suits and it's amazing fatigue if I take a different brand I now refuse all other brands other than tillomed brand 

    maybe ask your chemist for a different brand I read it here myself months ago and it was true don't suffer change your brand to try and see if it makes a difference I'm sure it will 

    the brand I take I am completely normal no affects at all
