Hi all. This is maybe a stupid question. But I've been taking the chemo drug hydroxicarbimide for one week and I've had the most insane side effects. Currently experiencing very painful (and scary) sharp shooting pains in my right shoulder/neck. Alongside breast pains (around the nipple) and the usual headaches. Is this normal? They aren't listed in the commons side effects but the shooting pain is really painful when it strikes. 
 

I don't want to over react and call triage but I am a little worried
