Want to do something but don't know what

A long term colleague at work has been recently diagnosed with a stage 4 glioma and has just been given a life expectancy of 3 months. They have debilatating symptoms with poor mobility, loss of one arm and find speech very tiring. We want to do something for them and their family to show the love and care we have for them but don't know what would be a good idea. Has anyone been in this situation?

  • Welcome to the Cancer Chat community ciscodisco although I'm very sorry to hear about your work colleague.

This must be such a very difficult time for everyone but what you and your colleagues want to do for them is so lovely and hopefully some of our members will be along soon to offer their thoughts and ideas.

    Kind regards,
