Hi there, i have a query you see i know a guy thats 53 now 2023 but 6 yrs ago he randomly told me that he had been given one year to live after being diagnosed with leukemia. now this guy is quite a dishonest man to be clear. its said he would even sell his own mother to majke afew quid .

anyway as you could imagine i felt uncomfortable him telling me this because what do you say right its not easy. but one thing i noticed was how he looked alright considering. he was a good 4 stone overweight and had all his hair.

the next day however i noticed he posted pictures on facebook broadcasting his condition and getting an amazing amount of pity and attention in the process. but i noticed his hair was now VERY short ? and he photographed himself wearing a beanie ? now over timer he has posted other things online such as the tablet form chemo is making him to tired to do anything or its making him very sick blah blah 

one day i bump into him and tell him i had a heart attack and was rushed to hospital where by i had 2 stents fitted.  2 months later i bumped into him again and now hes telling me he too had a heart attack and is on the same medication that i am taking, i addes whole such as atorvastation and i fired off afew more names and he simply said yeah thats them. by now im seriously thinking this guy is full of it. when about a month later he tell me hes now been taken off the heart meds cos doctor said he no longer needs them ? i know if he was on my meds they are for life. the red flags are screaming at me. it is now 6 yrs later after he first told me of his supposed condition and had just one year to live.and hes still playing the hard done by victim of life. vying for attention at every opportunity.  i genuinely think he is OUTRIGHT LYING for attention. his stories arnt adding up. please give me your opinion on what you think about this guy. is any of it viably possible what he has been saying.
