I've just read that ACV Bicarbinated soda Ginger and milk are all good for reflux acid my son swears by Bicarb just maybe 1/2 teaspoonful 4 ounces warm water .

Yes try it its cheap and it works make sure its Bicarb not baking powder though .

Hi Sweetpotato66, I'm sorry to hear about your husband. I have tried ACV for reflux - didn't work for me but people I know swear by it so may be worth a try. Only thing that's helped me is eating bland foods little and often. Hope your husband is comfortable and that you are coping ok, best wishes to you xx

Yes I did make the mistake of buying baking powder first then thought that can't be right as it's a raising agent! X
