The cancer has been removed and it is great that you have clear margins and that you have  lymph nodes. I am sure the doctors are monitoring your treatment Radiotherapy is just to make sure that there aren't any rogue cells around and the Tamoxifen is another insurance Radiotherapy is far less invasive than Chemo . I had both and cancer in 2 lymph nodes. It's normal to take a hormone treatment for 5or 10 years. I am on Anastrazole which is the similar. I had mild achy joints for a short while but nothing major. If you do have side effects you can change to another treatment

i used to take my tablet at night as I was having sleepless nights but now I take it in the morning, hasn't made much difference though!

I to started my radiotherapy on a Thursday they at my clinic did Monday to Friday slot 5 sessions or Thursday Friday mon tues Wednesday I think most hospitals work like this .

I started tamoxifen In November, I take mine same time everyday ish between 9am and 10am 

So many brands are different and different side effects I can only take tillomed brand as these are perfect for me if I take a different brand I am not good with my brand I only have occasional night sweats slight ever so slight aching knees that's it they really are fine .

I took another brand I was fearfull tearfull flushes all day and night insomnia low mood crying and felt out of sorts I was also so exhausted ..

if you feel ok on your brand ask your chemist to order the same ones as the brands are a massive difference.

I had no affects on my trusted brand at all hardly noticeable 

the other brands were instant within days 

honestly these will be ok I was sane like you worried sick but you really won't see much difference at all I promise you .

the first day I took mine I was like here we go , but a week later I was like Heyy these are ok a month later still ok 3 months later all ok don't no what I was expecting like you we go through it all in our minds it was only the time where I had the brand change that made me a different person as soon as I went back to my normal I was fine again
