Questions to ask before Chemo starts for multiple myeloma

Hello Felllows! 
I am due to commence treatment for Multiple Myeloma soon. 
I wish to prepare a list of Questions to ask my Consultant in order to get the fullest picture of what I'm up against. Seems a sound idea to me. 
Has anyone got a list of their Questions that I could use and amend accordingly?

    I certainly think that having a list of questions ahead of your appointment is a good idea and one that I know lots of our members here will have also done when they've attended consultations. 

    Can I suggest that you give our team of nurses a call? I know they will be happy to chat things through with you and help you think about some of the questions that you might want to raise with the consultant. If you'd like to chat with them they're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040.

    Hi myelomamike i’m New to this site but I have had myeloma for 16 years now so don’t think it can’t be controlled. When I was diagnosed I didn’t really have a whole lot of questions apart from how soon can you start treatment. I have had a brilliant team here in Norfolk. Where is your local hospital? I have found that the best way forward is to have a positive attitude and to trust in your consultant and the team looking after you and as soon as you feel unwell or have a temperature contact them immediately for advice.
