Hi 

I was just wondering if I can ask to be moved to another consultant. I'm stage 4 Breast cancer with mets in my spine . I find the one I see now detached and unapproachable. I don't get anything out of my appointment but a feeling of being useless and unimportant. I ask questions but he is reluctant to enter into any discussion with me . I hope this doesn't come across as a self important whine , he is well respected but I just don't feel at all comfortable with him . Just wondered if anyone else had experience of this .
