After weeks of research we have found that this treatment is available in Mexico at one of their state of the art private hospitals. It's very expensive at around £250,000 but I'm re mortgaging my house to pay for it. My family fully support me. This treatment is Not available on NHS or even privately in Europe or USA/Canada. At the moment it's only available for blood cancers in UK and even then it is only given to few. The oldest person it's worked for so far is a 69 year old gentleman from USA. They have a number of patients from UK and Europe. I can't give name of hospital but an internet  search will soon find it. There are direct flights from London for between £700- £1000 return. Hope this helps someone who feels like giving up. God bless.
