Chemotherapy advise

Hi, so I got diagnosed after I posted the last time with tripple negative invasive grade 3 b/c, I am now on my 7th going into 8th chemo session, just wondering if anyone has had the following symptoms (I know everyone's different I just don't know what to do) so I have weak legs, started to get ear clog like my ears feel full, my head is a fuzzy constant and my eyes are blury/fuzzy like hard to focus. (Had eyes tested, fine no tissue damage, seeing doc tues to) I was fine until my 6th session when I had a reaction so they changed the way the mix my chemo for my 7th, I have been fine well managed my symptoms until now, its driving me crazy as I use to be 100 mph before my diagnosis  and now I've been reduced to having alot of sofa days it's so frustrating. Any advise help would be great thank you.

  • I'm so sorry about the side effects you're starting to experience from your chemo Jones. This must be very tough, especially when you were used to being a lot more active before, but I hope it helps to know that many of our members have contended with similar symptoms so you are not alone, and hopefully some of them will stop by soon to offer their support and advice.

I hope this information we have about the side effects of chemotherapy is helpful as well but if you'd like to speak with one of our cancer nurses about this, they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very helpful and will do all they can to answer your questions and put your mind at ease.

We hope things start to improve for you soon Jones and all goes well with your next chemo session and your doctor's appointment on Tuesday.

    All the best,
