It doesn't rain it pours lol! I expected them to delay it but went ahead with extra PPE.

I don't blame you for laying low it's scary enough without added worries.

I can only talk from my own experience but once you get in the swing of the breathing it's ok. They will make sure you getting it right before starting.

The radiologists  are so helpful......in my case they were lovely.

They were so empathetic and kind.

Good luck to you I'm sure they will put you at ease.

I was not good at the breathing I was a smoker but gave up after diagnosis don't think that has helped me to be honest x
