Hi everyone I'm almost 2years post treatment for throat cancer all is going well but now I'm having trouble with my teeth the dentist says my roots are getting soft one tooth has already broken does anyone else have this problem or is it common I haven't read anything about it on here by the way I think this forum is brilliant thanks to all your posts.

    Sorry to hear you're having these difficulties. I'm not sure if your dentist has offered any options for you in terms of helping to ease the problems - do be sure to discuss with them if not, and/or with your doctor.

    You are also welcome to give our nurses a call if you'd like to talk things through with one of them. You can reach them on 0808 800 4040 (Monday-Friday, 9-5).

    Otherwise, hopefully you'll receive more replies here soon, particularly if others with similar experience see your post.
