I am sorry to hear your dad is struggling with diarrhea and nausea as a result of his sotorasib treatment. This must be truly debilitating for him and I hope that he can find ways to control his symptoms. It would be a good idea I think to discuss this with his medical team and see whether they have suggestions for him so that his quality of life can improve. This is definitely something his medical team need to be aware of as they may need to look at how the treatment is impacting him and whether some adjustments need to be made. 

I hope that you will hear from other forum members who have suffered similar side effects and that they will have some good tips for you to help your dad cope with this diarrhea and nausea.
