I'm in bed and noticed a sound of pressurised air coming from my head or neck hard to tell. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Anyone know what this is.

I am not sure what this strange sound of pressurised air might be and I hope that you will hear from other members of the forum to whom this has happened before and that they will share their experience with you. As this is the second time it has happened to you, it is worth talking to your doctor or medical team about it. Do mention that you have been diagnosed with squamous cell cancer of the throat recently in case it is of any relevance.
I hope that you find out more soon about what this sound might be and that you get to talk to a medical expert about this.
