I had optimal debulking surgery for stage 3A low grade ovarian cancer in June. Pre surgery levels of CA125 were 478. Post surgery 311. This week, 19 days after chemo 1 (paclitaxel and carboplatin) it was leapt to 513!! I'm obviously horribly concerned by this as I'd expected a drop! 
 

I had a CT scan on 18 August ( a week or so before blood tests) which showed no signs of any disease. 

Can anyone give their experience of this? I'm so worried and scared now. I have had some constipation since chemo one but no infection or obvious cause for rise.
