I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty in being able to access your scans and records since the treatment centre you were attending went into administration. It's understandable that this may be causing you some concerns and worries. 

I don't know that we've had anyone else mention not being able to access their records since this particular establishment went into administration. Hopefully, if there is anyone in a similar situation they will post a reply to your message. 

I do hope that this hasn't caused any significant delays in the continuation of your treatment.

I am a patient of this private cancer centre.  When they rang me to say they were closing, they told me that my consultant had taken my file and would be in touch.  I suggest you contact your consultant  directly who should have access to your records

I spoke to my consultant the other week this is how it all came about, I recently had another scan (different hospital) and had the results of this, but they had nothing to compare it against as the private hospital didn't send over all of my previous scans.

Do you know for certain all your records are there and can I ask what centre you were treated at? I think from what I was told that all the records have gone or at least the ones from the hospital I went.

I'm looking to take this up further with the liquidation company and then seeking legal advice.
