What’s the best thing to do??

Hello!
I have lobular breast cancer and am going to have a mastectomy and reconstruction straight away (DIEP Flap) my issue is having an uplift on my other 'perfect' boob, because of my age I may get dropping in time, so do I have the uplift or leave it?? My mind is so confused right now.

I think l would have the other breast lifted to match, l have had a breast reconstruction due to milk duct problems and as there were two surgeons one breast is a bit bigger than the other. If you go ahead the surgery will be over in one go.

Thank you so much for your advice, think I have similar cancer to you, also just spoke to the breast care nurse and she's also advised me to do the same!
