My son has oesophagus cancer which has spread to his spine. 2 rounds of flot and his last scans said metabolic remission. However he's been coughing for few weeks but ended up in hospital with pleural effusion. They drained 1.5 litres and have sent it off to check for cancer spread,could it be an infection, fluid was brown coloured, has anyone else been in this position. Worried sick for him
