I'm glad to hear that you're nearly at the end of your chemotherapy treatment and that the team has given you a date for surgery. Hopefully, you'll feel fit and well ahead of going in for your operation and will recover well before the radiotherapy starts later in the year. 

Unfortunately, I'm unable to answer your question about the recent MRI scan results. Get back in touch with your Consultant or your breast care nurse as they will be best placed to explain what this area of concern may be. Hopefully, someone will be able to give you some reassurance soon.
