It's just occurred to me that as my melanoma is going to require further treatment, that it could get complicated with my Sero-positive Rheumatoid Arthritis control. Anybody out there, please, who has has this combination?
Whilst there are members within the Cancer Chat community who have rhuematoid arthritis, I sadly haven't been able to find anyone on the forum at this time who has this and melanoma.
I'm sure you will receive support and advice from our members who have/had either melanoma or rhuematoid arthritis soon but in the meantime, it may be worth getting in touch with Melanoma UK for further information and advice.

Thank you very kindly, Steph. I have every faith that they'll do their best for me. I have a fab plastic surgeon, Rheumatologist & GP. Let's hope they're all communicating! Results of PET scan showed up a nodule nr behind ear (biopsy drawn off) + a hotspot on a lung. Next appt a fortnight, following further results & pow-wow with respiratory specialists. Hey ho! Never a dull moment!
