I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and that you currently are dealing with some housing problems as well. 

The first port of call should be your local council who will be best placed to advise you about the housing situation in your area. However, you could speak to Citizens Advice or the Macmillan support line who may also be able to offer you some advice. 

I do hope that things are sorted for you quickly.
