Just watched the TV documentary by Julia Bradbury. How brave she is to detail her breast cancer and masectomy. She was fortunate not to have further treatment, chemo or radiotherapy, but highlighted dealing with young children and the fear of recurrence. 
Life is never the same and she highlighted how the little things are important, I'm sure we all agree with that.
