Hi 

I had left side neck dissection to remove lymph nodes 5 weeks ago including left tongue reconstruction from left wrist.

I now have a hard lump under my chin and wondered if this was fluid from lymph nodes or swelling from the surgery???

I'm one.of the lucky ones I only had cancer on the tongue no where else. Just learning to talk and eat again.

I've tried doing massage but not sure if i need to try and move any fluid to the right side or still try and move it down the left side of my neck???

Any advice would be so helpful
