My friends and I have all been affected by cancer badly, one of my friends had her dad diagnosed with brain cancer when she was 7 years old, one of my friends lost her childhood best friend to die cancer and my father was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer when I was 10. One of my friends are extremely sporty, and is going to participate in a 'Race for Life' next time it's on. The other friend and I are opening up a bake sale in our school and are selling homemade cakes for cancer research, we're expecting for raise atleast £200 from it! We're trying to think of some more ways to help spread awareness and raise money, does anyone have any ideas of what else we can do? We are all 14 years old right now, turning 15 soon. :)
