lymphoma

in 2020 was diagnosed with lymphoma after chemotherapy it was in remission and has been for roughly twelve months .after 5 sessions out of 6 of r chop they had to stop chemotherapy as I had a heart attack now after a routine scan it has come back

this time it's a different type than I had the first time around and I have been told that my body would not take the strong chemo that would be needed to get rid of it and because it's in a number of places that radiotherapy is no good either and they are going to keep a very close eye on me how are they going to treat this cancer without chemotherapy I'm totally baffled having another pet scan shortly has anyone experienced  were they could not be given chemotherapy or radiotherapy and whats next  thanks lilbops
