Hi Sarah, I'm so sorry to hear the news. Myself and my mum got the news last week that my grandma has lung cancer which has spread all over her body. You are not alone with that 'bubble' feeling. The first day we found out the terrible news it was a very upsetting day but everyday since has kind of been a blur as we have been coming to the hospital all day everyday. It hasn't quite fully sunk in. My grandma has lived with us since I was 3 years old, I am now 18. Life can be so unfair, and it's heartbreaking that there were no signs that she was unwell until it was too late. If you need someone to chat to for support I would be more than happy to do that. It's a very tough time for us as I imagine it is for you.
