Docetaxel - numb lips and tongue

Hi

I have just switched to Docetaxel from EC and over the past few days I have a numb bottom lip.  It feels a bit like when you have an injection at the dentist and your lip feels numb and swollen.  My tongue feels a bit numb too

Has anyone experienced similar?
