Hi i have just started taking it and fingers crossed it works for me...was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer two weeks ago i was expecting chemo etc but was told as being past menopause it is the treatment for me i feel like a very small tablet can it really manage my cancer.  Sounds like it was the right option for you.

Hi Paula have the oncologists mentioned anything else? Like one of the CDK inhibitors that are often prescribed alongside letrozole?
