I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with some side effects of your treatment at the moment. Both the fatigue and skin changes you've mentioned are known side effects of paclitaxel. 

If the skin rash is causing you problems do speak to the chemo team as they will be able to help with recommendations for appropriate skincare or prescriptions that may help. Typically this side effect usually resolves once treatment stops so hopefully things will improve for you in the next few weeks. 

I do hope things settle for you soon.
